4.1 Due to the nature of consulting and digital services, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
4.2 If you wish to cancel a project prior to commencement, please notify us in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4.3 Prairie Dog Consulting reserves the right to cancel a project at any time, in which case clients will be refunded for any unused portion of prepaid work.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All materials on this Site — including text, graphics, branding, and content — are the property of Prairie Dog Consulting and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
5.2 Client deliverables remain the intellectual property of Prairie Dog Consulting until full payment has been received.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Prairie Dog Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or Services.
6.2 Our total liability, whether in contract or tort, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
