Cancellation Policy for Prairie Dog Consulting

You may cancel your service agreement with Prairie Dog Consulting at any time by providing written notice. If you choose to cancel, any work completed or in progress up to the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly. Prepaid retainers or project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

If Prairie Dog Consulting terminates the agreement due to a breach of terms, non-payment, or other just cause, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of services.

Upon cancellation or termination, your project files and data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. It is your responsibility to request and retain any deliverables or materials prior to cancellation, as project data may be deleted after termination.

Prairie Dog Consulting reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services or specific features at any time, with or without prior notice. In such cases, clients will be notified, and any active projects will be completed or settled in good faith.
